4 May 10 - Short Run
Decide to skip the swim for a longer rest period. Maybe i am being too cautious or being slack. Well. I need the break again. Despite additional rest on Monday.
No matter started the CBD run towards MF. Legs doesn't seem to be doing that well, similar to last week CBD run. Hmm...
Try to run along, slowly at the back, and see how the legs go.
Just before SGH, i had enough and the dread feeling of last week run keep floating in my mind. Decide to err on the safe side and call it a day. I guess about 2km run for today and walk back to TP.
Doesn't like the feeling, but don't have much choice. Sigh...
