Log - 26 May 2010

I am back in the gym this morning. Legs are feeling good, but much ache.

At the start on the wet session on the bike. Can feel the injure portion still sore. The feel of uncomfortable is there. Fortunately it is not running this morning, thus after a while the feel went off and i slowly peddle with the trusted magazine.

A good 50mins session to start a day. Hopefully the continue workouts will translate to a smooth run on the weekend.
