Tuesday Short Run

Decide to skip the swim in the morning. Just wanna keep it 1 workout per day for this week.

At the CBD run, running is pretty okay. Not much stress on the leg for the run, just feeling the effort seems to be a little bit high, but the pace isn't fast though.

More like rusty kind of feeling throughout the run along "zuok route" this evening.

A short run around 1hour+ run. After the run felt the legs abit aching. The injure portion did show some signs of aching. Hopefully nothing serious.

Too Mao came in slipper and run barefoot at the end. Hmm....saw the blisters on Too Mao feet...and it is going to be aching muscle tomorrow...ouch!
