SD week
Finally the week has arrive. Mentality and body not in syn yet for the event this saturday.
Body felt okay. Still tiny little bit of sng at the injury portion, not a big concern, but enough to put a dent on the confidence. Will it hold for the distance?
Get to the gym as expected. 50mins ride on the bike and lost a lot of water in the progress to kick start the week.
Have to continue to move the body to get the feel going. Can't let off the momentum now. Just this week and can slack again. :P
