60 Session
I was feeling good this morning. Should be fresh...for the weekend...
I am surprise that i am struggling on the bike. Body just not reacting well to the workout.
A mere 18.2k...wow..compare to last week 20k...that is alot of difference.
Head to the stretching machine and have an enjoyable 7mins. I should do this more often.
Hmmm...50mins bike + 7mins stretching...guess i have to aside 60mins workout in the future...
