Break Through - 20 barrier

It was pouring just before i head out of home yesterday. It didn't stop when i reach the pool. So it is a work-less day for me. :p

The legs are a bit stiff from the weights on Wednesday still! Have to do some stretching at home. I hope the bike session later will help me loosen the muscle

This morning, lucky no rain. Anyway, going to the gym, it doesn't really matter does it!

I was slightly late this morning, but still proceed for the 50mins workout. It started off okay, didn't feel the tiredness and proceed to peddle forward.

The heart have a twink around 37mins on the ride. Nothing serious and proceed further. Looking at the Watt generated(definitely way out of the league compare to those in Tour De France), decide to push up here and there. It was a bit of sprint at the end as i finally push over the 20km barrier for the first time.

I was drenched. But fun. It is nice to get the system firing up for the weekend workout. I hope i don't DNS(raining related)...
