Rains again - 26 July

Legs are still sore this morning. It wasn't a big deal.

It was raining again this morning. It wasn't a big deal either.

I get to the gym and head up the bike.

Legs feeling that not bad as i finished the 50mins session. Quite a nice way to start the week

Rains everywhere, traffic jam/slow down is expected. I see the motorcyclist zig-zag along the highway is looking for trouble. I saw some minor accidents involve the motorcyclist.....which is uncall for...maybe should ban them...especially those with flashing lights.....dot.dot.dot.
