Seeing RED

Woke up still have the sore eye on the left hand side. Not painful or anything, it just RED. Sigh. It was happening since yesterday. I think i rub a bit(don't know why) then it becomes RED. I didn't notice it(i can't see myself!), so got a lot of comments during CBD that i realise the appearance.

Wore my glasses and head to gym reluctantly. I was late as well when i reached the gym. Sigh. But i make it!

Did an easy weights session. Plus some stretching at the end. Around 1hour for this trip.

Going to be another long day ahead(i hope not). It is good to be busy at work.
