Double Combo Monday + Wednesday
Decide to go for weights this Monday morning. After the run and bike over the weekend. Don't quite feel like another bike session.
50mins + 10 mins of weights to start the week is pretty good.
Maybe should do this, when no run+bike combination over the weekend.
Wednesday get into gym and continue another session of weights. I feel this might be better for me for a change and keep the body guessing what is going to hit "it". Haha...
Another good session, hopefully not so much aching after it.
