Swim Again

The last swim was in Desaru. I am back at the pool again. I have to. I am just getting too slack.

The right big toe nail is a gonna. Sigh...courtesy of TNF. :p

Can feel the strain while swimming this morning. Quite afraid to kick hard so have to baby swimming along.

I wasn't comfortable with the handicap and affected the swim at the beginning. It only get better mid way through.

After 9 sets, i have to call it a day. HR went up in the middle of 9th set. Sigh. Thought about pushing on for the last set, better not..in case i need to take medicine as i going for a medical test later and wouldn't want the test to be affected by external factor.

49mins for 1.8km. No choice, but to move on.
