Slow Week
My right heel keep haunting me...maybe it is a sign that i should forgo SCM.
I am not very enthusiastic about the event, just a bit wasteful if don't take part.
After a long weekend of vacation with my family to Malaysia, i am back to work on Tuesday.
Even walk can feel the strain during the vacation. Sigh...try to stay away from having too much stress on the legs...
Tuesday is a washout. so Wednesday(Hari Raya Haji), i am at ECP B1 for a run. Let try and see how it goes.
First 4km seems okay..maybe a bit fast as i have not run or workout for a few days since. So naturally feel this way.
Took a good walk and start again towards NSRCC. Can feel the legs getting warm up, but somehow the negative feeling on the legs/breathing etc starts to crept in slowly. Can i complete the intend distance today?
i am getting tired and legs start to give me the nasty feeling that it is going to flare up anytime soon. Maybe i am getting paranoid. I guess, it is better to be on the safe side.
I signal the rest to proceed after seasport club whereas i make an early U-turn.
It is more of a walk/run back to B1. Still feeling okay, just abit worry that the heel will go kaput...
Maybe i should forgo SCM....let see how the leg feel over the next 10 days..
