Edging closer to M
It was a wash out on Tuesday, which is a pity. Sigh.
Wednesday head to the gym for a session of weights. Light weights about 60mins to keep it moving.
Had a swim on Thursday noon period. 54mins for 2km. Abit of sun burnt as a result...*grin*...
Even meeting some crazy people for dinner and had a 30mins cross trainer at Caltex. Seems like ages that i have been there.
Friday had a 50mins, abit of struggling effort bike session. Most probably body telling me something about yesterday session. Hmm...
Time for some running this weekend.
