Pre Christmas Slack
Calves are aching and the right knee cap feel like wobbling. Damn! How unfit it seems on a 12km run and i am not like just had a long workout days/weeks before!
Decide to hop on the bike(with back rest) for 60mins ride. I was enjoying the music and new game(iphone) and time just flew past, let me forgotten about the ache on the body.
Good to start on a relax note for a festive week ahead.
