Back to Norm?
Came back from Bangkok on Tuesday late evening. Wednesday start works again. Wow, pretty tired leh. Wednesday is pretty bad for me as quite a few folks tell me that you look tired.
Hit the gym for the rest of the weekdays. First thing i check in the gym is the weighing machine. I put on 1-2kg for the Bangkok trip. Everytime go holiday sure put on weights. Sian...the shin injuries seems to be popping up again. Have to be more careful and do more stretching before and after run.
Thursday evening went to the Clementi stadium for a run. It wasnt a good outing for me. "Overweight" and getting "unfit" does show as i struggled along. There is this friendly soccer match going on and the first 2 lanes are occupied. It makes it harder to run with the traffic as well. Nevertheless glad that i am back in the stadium.
Would love to do a swim, but unfortunately not able to do that. Next week Aquathlon liao and still so lazy...gonna suffer leow lah...sob...sob....
