Mid Week 10-12 Aug 05

Another swim on Wednesday evening at Queenstown, this time round freestyle all the way for 1.5km. My neck abit stiff since keep breathing on the right side. Jialat, must train on the left leow, and hopefully will balance off.

Thursday went to Clementi for a run. Wah....the timing is bad boy...first 2 circuits of 800 metres already can feel the timing is slow even though it was a decent effort. 3rd round less than a lap decided to stop already...why...i dont know...my mind just tell me no more...kaput....finished....aiyoh...that is bad...after walking for 1-200 metres decided to do farlek and try something fresh..ok...did a few laps of farlek too...then close shop for the night. Dont know why today the mind is not there. Okay, the body is tired after almost 3 weeks of no rest days for it, but the mind...tired? Maybe i should rest tomorrow....let see....

Friday support to go site office and skip Gym session and maybe try to pongtang night swim also...reach office...aiyoh, site office advice to come in the afternoon...no choice lah...go gym for a swim. Swam almost 1.5km i think...lost count leow lah..haha...anyway pretty glad that i swim today as i practise my breathing on the left for more than 500 metres at a stretch....my stiff neck is no more and i am feeling comfortable again on the left.. and hopefully a relax night then....hehe....

becoming fanatic? better utilisation of time, rather than sit on the butt and do nothing...haha...

hey try breathing every odd strokes lah...eg. 3 strokes breath once...
if u wanna control breathing, can go 3,5,7,5,3...

Do think about breathing on every 3 strokes, but worry that it might be too taxing on the body and easily worn me out....;(
