Swimming Lesson
Well, i finally get back to the swimming lesson. A small step forward for me and hopefully a bigger stroke ahead.
My ankle still hurts a bit when i try to rotate the right ankle. Everything else seem ok. Walking is okay. Today in the gym, cycling is okay though.
Today is the swim and run night. I can't do the run and informed Mothar when i reached the pool. Took a few laps of warm up. Freestyle, my ankle hurts abit more than breastroke. Damn sian lah.
I do 1 lap freestyle, the other lap breastroke & struggle to finish 1.5km in 45mins. Very slow i know, but i did my best liao. I dunno is it the breastroke or really i am very slow. I keep feeling my stroke(esp my left hand) is not doing it correctly, i must think of way to correct it and move forward.
After the swim, since everyone is out running, have a chat with Mothar at the pool. He share with me his injury and his aqua running belt. Wow, he even have the belt to loan me for a test. That is very good, as i have been wanting to find one to test it out. It was okay. We feel that it is more suitable for someone that have injury ankle than kneecap.
Alex(cyberkinetic) have improved alot on this freestyle, very glad that he did that, must have been taken alot of determination and effort. Kudos to you bro...working harder, proud of you...
