Goodbye Arlan

Who is Arlan? Well, the tallest ang moh in my office and happens to be our Group VP for Asia Pacific.

First meet him in year 2001. He is a very nice boss. I still remember the days when we treat jokes(suaning) and we always seem to meet each other late in the evening. I was working late, while he was on the conference call back to the states.

He left in year 2001-2 and came back again a year and half later. He is going back to US.

The first sentence he ask me when we meet when he is back for his 2nd tour, " Are you still Marry"? I was taken aback that he still remember he attended my wedding back then in Sept 01 and i often work late. Jokefully, i replied " i am still attached"....haha....

We had a farewell dinner yesterday evening at one of the yacht club near west coast. We have a good time.

I gonna miss Arlan, especially seeing him on his sexy cyclist clothes while doing his own training along Esplanade and East Coast.

Well, we shall meet again. Here or in US come Nov for the New York Marathon.
