tired week
after last week climb and climb, this week the body showing sign of fatigue. Nope, it definitely not a case of world cup fever. I dont even watch world cup much nowadays.

Wed - 8km run 60 stories climb
Thur - snake
Fri - snale
Sat - 20km run
It was a tiring week and i have to deliberately take some break to rest.
