50/50
The gym i am with have an event to motivate gym members to keep fit by having this 1 month 50/50 competition. The competition is about who can clock the most mileage on the treadmill and stationary bike. Minimum to qualify is 50km in both the events.
I do not wish to take part, as i know it means i have to clock more run mileage and spending my valuable running mileage on the treadmill isn't what i am looking for. I can do an occassional slow recovery run, but not too much.
I was encourage to take part. After much deliberation, i do not mind to start the event and bring other folks along. Little did i know the response is pretty good and i am being left behind on the mileage on the first few days.
I have upped my intensity, but i don't think i will put my utmost effort, as i know i have HK marathon coming up and i will be away for a week of the month. Furthermore i do not want to get spent too much mileage on the run on the treadmill.

Mon - 23.3km (Bike)
Tue - 6km (Run)
Wed - 26.4km (Bike)
Thur - 34.6km (Bike)
Fri - 7km (Run)
