LSD - MF
It isn't an LSD for me last week at MF. I was out of shape! Today i managed to have my LSD at MF. It was a good run to prepare for coming HK Marathon and i get to know my body abit more.
I arrived 6:20am at MF. Shortly Bee and Ronnie arrived. We left MF at 6:45am. Initial plan is to run alone, which i have done for quite a while. I enjoy the solo run at times. Nevertheless, i am glad that Bee and Ronnie come over to join me for the run.
It was an enjoyable run. We ran similiar route like last week, the only difference is that we extend the run to NUS. We chat and enjoy the early morning run. The weather was much hotter than last week though.
We did 1.5 small loop on Kent Ridge Hill, 2 loops at the seaside in Labrador Park and 1 loop on Mount Faber.
I was struggling on MF portion and return path to clubhouse. I will make note of this and spent more work on that portion to strenthen my endurance.
I was abit surprised that i managed to run up MF without stop today. I expected to run halfway and walk the rest to the top.
What i gather from today run, is that i am able to run non-stop with hill litters somewhere along the route. Of course will require a good flat road in between the hills to allow me to recover. If not, punchet leow hor....haha....
According to Ronnie's footpod, we run 30km. But i doubt the accuracy, since we ran 3:50hr(run time). Anyway, i enjoy those 4hrs kind of run. Shiok!
