Its Sting - Ouch
Ouch..AHhhh....Ouch......Oooi......Ouch......:(
Each steps i made, it stings. Like a open wound, going under the shower. The stings.....Ouch......
Even wearing sandal, without sandal strap touching the wound, cause a minor sensation once every few steps.
"Are you going for a swim?" Gym Instructor(GI)
"Nope, I am not wearing my running shoe today" *I am in gym attire w/o shoes*
*blank stare* GI
*explain and show GI the wound*
I went up the bike, shoeless(first time) for a 50 mins workout. The paddle strap, feel odds without the shoe in it.
It was a humid morning, i was drenched before i even step into the gym! I was very wet after 5 mins on the bike! A big puddle of water below the bike when i finished the workout. It is a good session. Legs feel fresh and raring to go....:)
Another session of Ouch...when i hit the shower......:( A long walk back to office as i sort of limping back, trying not to put too cause too much discomfort to the wounds. Ouch!!

Rush down to gym and realised that i forget to bring along my short! Alamak!!! Went over to pick up the extra short in the car instead of another 5 mins exercise to pick it up from the office.
Due to the wound on the left leg, decide to do more workout on the upper body. The tummy and arms like different entity! Oh my, it is tough! I hope tomorrow when i wake up, the arms are still in working conditions!
