Another Monday morning, another bike session in the morning. Ever since i start exercise on Sunday, Monday morning ride have not been another slacking biking to kick off the start of the week. Instead is a session of massaging and soothing the ache over the weekend workouts.
Today is no different. Maybe not enough warm up, maybe alot of reasons, but the feeling now is that right hamstring is aching and right shoulder and arm muscles are aching as well. Carrying the bike walking in the mud is tiring. I think a total of about 2-300 meters i had carried the bike yesterday and the ache in the arm muscles show. Wonder have i been doing weights in the gym all these while?
Put on low resistance but go with the cadence that i intend to use for coming races. What better way to learn than to go with the intended cadence tired or otherwise. I still have a few weeks to D-Day to get the body use to it.
50 mins session, couldn't have ended early. Phew!
Training is going to get more intense for the next couple of weeks. It is time to focus and dig deep.

Right shoulder is sng. Must be carrying the bike yesterday. The rest seems to be recovering as per norm.
Have a bit of stretching and some weights in the afternoon. It feel good after the session.

It was cold...shivering...slacker swim in the evening...hehe....it feel good to be slack...:)
