80's - BSKL
Quads, Hams, calfs are aching from over the weekend workouts. Not really too bad, but enough to make me notice.
The morning ride to get rid of the ache is pretty good. 58 mins of it. Again targeting at 80 rpms. I managed to keep it pretty constant throughout the session.
I feel pretty decent at 80 rpms today, i guess the body is getting use to this pace. Although i am riding at 80 rpms, but my resistance is low and i am not getting any mileage out of it. It is 2 weeks to Desaru event. I am starting to feel time is riding short! I need to get max distance with min effort/max efficiency. My experience in bike is too short to gauge what is good/bad for me. I think a 28km/hr should be good gauge for me. I need a speedometer and rpm monitor to guide me along.

Why did i went to the gym? It just a nature thing to do ba....:-p
The intend is to run some errand. I was busy and lost track of time. Rush and i ended up in the gym! When i realise what i am suppose to do, i am already ready for workout! How can i be so forgetful? Damn It!
Ouxia is back at the gym, haven't seem ouxia for many days! Still look the same, but a bit tired. Wonder what happen to ouxia? Hmm.....
A nice and easy workout to give some life to the aching body. Hehe...

Went for a SPIN in the evening. It was a good workout. Did 10mins run after that. Don't know how much energy is spent in the evening. One step at a time and hopefully i will survive.
