20 is not good enough!

How many hours should a person train per week to be consider healthy in medical term?

I remember during NKF(yearly visit to my office), they recommend a 20 mins minimum per day, it equal to 2hr+ per week.

How about those doing 20hrs per week? Seow?! What else can they say? If only they know what kind of event the person involved are training for.

This week i have 13 workout sessions and estimate 20 hours of training hours. I am still short of 10 hours to prepare for an IM!

In running, how much mileage is require to prepare for 42km event? I normally clock around 40-60km per week. For IM, it is recommended around 30hours per week. As for me, normally slack compare to the norm, 25 hours should be sufficient.

I need to spent more time on the bike. Must make use of the momentum to push forward.
