Good Monday Morning! Everyone have to start the week/day, might as well on a fresh and lively mood. Stay healthy and cheerful!
After not so great sunday workout whereby i DNF - NA on the bike! The rest goes pretty peacefully. I get to visit the bike shop and had a chat with the boss. Brought my yummy Loti Bun, waiting in front of currently. Have a good night sleep. What else but to start the day fresh and ready for the challenge ahead
50 mins of bike workout to kick start a day. I don't think i did 80 rpms this morning, i just go with the flow, i think around 70 rpms, based on the effort.
Ready for the week ahead. Ya.

A good and controlled weight session during noon time. It is good to be back doing some weights. Put the muscles to some stress which is always good. Have a chat with Mike on the coming Openwater swim. It should be fun. Hopefully the Saturday event will not take too much out of myself! Hehe.

I was taken aback when i reach the gym in the evening. How come there are quite a few folks in the SPIN class! It dawn on me that today is 1st Oct, the start of a new quarter training schedule! SPIN class have moved forward by 45mins! It was a bad rush to get myself into the class.
Fortunately the instructor remains the same, or else it could be even worst! The class was okay. Tried to do a run after the class, have to cut short as don't feel that well. Continue with more weights.
Can feel some tiredness after the session! Time to rest.
