Slacker Log - 24 Oct 07
Woke up with slight discomfort in the calfs. Haha, slacker! Can't believe that a bit of running yesterday cause the discomfort. This only show how slack i have been over the last couple of week after the knee problem started to develop! It wasn't even tough yet! Sigh.
Hit the bike at the gym again this morning. It was a relax ride with low resistance. Somehow it didn't cross my mind about pushing up the resistance. Taking too relax ba.
After 50mins decide to call it a day and proceed with warm up stretches.
CMI leow! Just a week without going on the weights, the body have shown degrees of aging! Bad, Sigh. *Sob*
Weights are similiar, but can feel that i require more effort to complete the weights program. The body slack very fast!
Tired and sleeply! Damn It!
Out of the blue, the back ache while i am sitting down! If that is not bad enough, the foot like overstretch! Aiyoh, i don't think i do anything on that part of the muscles leh.... and this happen! Maybe during weights get a bit stress! Is it?
Suppose to go for a SPIN this evening, but somehow, i was too engross in checking up on the trip in Feb that i decided to forgo the class. I taking this opportunity to slack!
I am getting lazy each day and this nagging problems with knee provide the opportunities! Haha...Good or bad, let fate decide ba.
