A slow bike ride this morning. After much deliberation, i think i have to abandon the 80 rpm and stick to something that i am familiar. Push up the resistance, ride it and base on effort to gauge the speed.
Putting up 80 rpm take effort and i find myself difficult to maintain even at slightly lower resistance and the result is not showing. Speed get slower and i also chuan. I can do much better with higher resistance, slower cadence and cycle much faster. Everyone is unique, i don't think i need to follow the norms.
50 mins of wetness this morning. A good ride.

Had a spin in the evening. Maybe i push slightly more, wasn't my usual self on the treadmill. Stop after 3 mins.
It was after i had stopped that i realised how cold my hands feel.
Wanted to o some weights, but didn't pursue much as hands/fingers continue to feel pretty cold.
I left.

It is the simple thing that touch the heart. A piece of heart warming music, a touching scene, a bite of favourite curry puff etc.
