D Weekend
45mins on the bike this morning. For some reason, MP3 player is in my backpack this morning and i decide to try it out on the bike. It was a good ride with music and manage to push up the resistance. Seems like the body has warm up for the task over the weekend :p
This is the 3rd weekend from D-Day, traditionally the toughest training for whatever events. All trainings should peak on this week. I haven't been peaking "yet"! What to do, let fate decide how it goes. Hopefully i can manage to clock something decent over the weekend.
Another good session at the weights this afternoon. Although i didn't push much, i can feel the body is going to cry foul tonight or tomorrow morning.
Have to stay focus, D Weekend just round the corner. Better have my extra piece of donut/curry puff tonight. *slurp*

Don't worry too much. Your baseline fitness is very good, and I am sure you will enjoy the experience in 3 weeks' time :) Just do what you can ...
