Calves are abit tight this morning, especially going up staircase....:p
Abit rush for time and hit the bike for 45mins. Surprising on the bike, the legs feel pretty fresh. Manage to go about 70-80 RPM. Cool.
It is going to be a busy, rushing here and there day ahead :(
Sad that a few of us have to pull out of the event this week. :(
Head over for the afternoon weight session. It has been quite some time i did that. Did some weights. Feel the strain on the bottom feet again while doing some workout of the calves. Need to rest the feet.
