Bangkok Trip

Head over to Bangkok on Good Friday(21st March). It is a yearly event for us to BKK. This year, Simon, Ling Ling joined us for our trip.

The flight cost have increased. Even booking in late December(07) is expensive, maybe it is due o festive period. Since the price is not much different compare to normal airlines, we choose to fly with Cathay this time.

It is a long story when we choose to flight during Good Friday, since is going to be expensive and pack with people! Fated.:p

Reached Bangkok in late afternoon. The traffic jam at the stretch nearby hotel is one of the worst i ever experienced there. :(

It was a shop/eat sessions these few days. Didn't go for sight seeing this time round. Have the usual massage, try out aroma massage(this round) and feel more ache after it! Damn it!

Workout wise, Saturday morning did some stationary stretches and balancing. Sunday did about 40 mins of run/walk. I felt breathless and difficult to run. HR went berserk again. First time i am not able to complete a run in Bkk. :(

We have been to Bangkok for the last few years, i guess we should be heading somewhere else for short trip in the future. I heard alot about Manila and Cebu...time to make new trips leow. :p
