Going Down
A tough cycle despite putting on low resistance. Try to maintain at 80 rpm. I think i didn't manage to do it convincing.
What is happening?
Last evening wasn't feeling well. HR elevated after the run and refuse to calm down to normal level. :(
I decide to skip workout during noon. This morning session is showing signs of tiredness.
I reluctantly drag myself to the gym, pretty late in fact. I manage to squeeze in 1hr on the bike. This time round, usual bike are occupied, so i have to take the bike with back/arm rest. Watch TV at the same time.
Hamstrings are a bit aching, but still manageable at the end. Abit tired, need rest.
