Pushing

It rains. At least that was what i perceive just before i woke up this morning. It didn't rain! Damn it! Must be weak mind!

Head to the gym, slight late amid some drizzling on the way there! The floor is wet!

50 mins of light resistance and going at 80 RPM is enough to flush out the perspiration. Shiok and easy cycle.

One thing about coming early morning to the gym is getting greet by the beautiful mei mei station at the reception. At least the smile is still sweet at the early morning. When evening time, it become BCC no matter how hard the staffs tried. :(

Hit the gym during noon for a weight session. It was raining again, though light. I have to walk fast, in case kena downpour.

This gym has quite a few veteran runners. Their clothing, running efficiency and always occupying the treadmill is giveaway signs.

Another session due this evening. Not looking back, need to push forward.


For some reason, i head over to Gym in the city. Long story. :p

15 mins of warm up and head for the SPIN class. It was a good session. The instructor still have IT. I was very rusty! I do need to do more and get the feel and "pattern" back.

I flip the bike pedal and use the reverse side. I think i feel better, at least it didn't aggravate the injure. Have to wait for a while to check if that actually works.

Have to PUSH. Can't slack leow.
