Days
The day before
I woke up at 8:30am, even though i sleep around 4:30am. The quads are aching. I do not know why. Running shouldn't be using much quads muscle, but it was hurting. Sigh.
I decide to take a break from workout and rest.
Today
Since i have to work this morning, i have not much choice, but to skip workout.
After work, head to the gym and have an hour of bike. It was good to sweat it out.
After the session, quads feel pretty tight again. Sigh...
Where is that massage! Aiyoh...where is my foam roller!
