time to move on

Didn't feel the ache from yesterday run. At least not yet this morning.

Decide not to slack this morning and push up the HR for the workout.

Keep HR around 115-120bmp minimum from the start and ended up around 130bmp.

A good cycle, abit chuan at the end. Wonder why on 130bmp, i feel okay on the run, but on the bike, feel a bit chuan....hmmm.....

45mins of bike time completed. A good wet session to move on.

I was drenched when i reach the car. A hot day ahead.

I wasn't feeling that good in the late afternoon. Nevertheless still decent enough for me to head over the gym.

It was a weight session this evening. Take it easy and cruise along. It wasn't that tough but enough to get the body pump up.

Have to take it easy for the time being and see how things developed.
