At times the body feel good from the outside, but you know that Internal you are not. Today the effect of yesterday events should sink in, it is just a matter of time, when.
Looking at the graph generate from the watch did give me some indication where and what happen. I think it is good to go through the data and relate back to the workout and see what happens. I do not know whether watch is something wrong. But we will know soon enough. I am getting another HR watch, so i will have two devices on myself at any time and i can cross check to see if anything is amissed.
I feel very sleepy now, can't tell what really happened! This is bad, for the last couple of days, it was like that...8:41am. *zzzz......
Have a 50mins bike workout this morning, at low gear and move, can feel the usual spring is no longer there and fortunately still have my story book and keep me accompany.
