Feverish
I wasn't feeling that great. Thought about it and decide to proceed with the run this morning. Fitness is dripping and i can't afford to slide furthermore. I need to work on it.
Started the run with Tao, CCF, Buay, TJ and Bi from MR. It was okay during the first stretch(3.5k). Subsequently the pace reduce. I do not know why, even though HR is decent.
HR was pretty low at times, but without reason, the pace just couldn't go fast. Maybe i have not recover from the climb, maybe i am just slack.
Have a long walk break at the golf course(on the way back) as the golfer are playing.
Though slow, do manage to finish in 1 piece till after the planks after the tower. HR is about 140+ and i am feeling tire, felt like walking. Somehow sometime inside myself just switch off. I walk a fair bit here and there. I couldn't understand why the dipped in stamina. I remember 2 weeks back, i wasn't feeling that bad. Struggling along until back in the carpark. 20km in more than 3hr! That is a first! :(
I was feeling okay after the run. Bath and makan ensued.
It is after the makan that i feel something is not right. I think i am going to be sick! I think my toothache is causing me to have a fever. Even though during the run, i was feeling a bit of sensation when i ran, it is still bearable.
I was sleepy and tired after the makan. Alas i have to and do a body measurement with our resident scientist at SSC. I was dozing off and feeling feverish when we did the test. Spent about an hour there.
The result didn't show i am FAT overall, but the tummy area is definitely FAT. Maybe all the FATS are accumulated there.
Head home and have a short nap.
I couldn't make it for the makan this evening. I wasn't feeling well and rather picky. Better not spoilt the mood.
