Saddle On

I woke up feeling okay. Maybe it is still early the "pain" have not come yet. Decide to head out to meet the rest for the bike session.

I cycle from home and reach destination exactly at 7am.Nobody around. Strange. Alas i waited at the wrong place :(

We meet halfway along Mandai. I continue with them to do 2 loops. Some do extra loop. It was a good bike, not too tough, doable though slow pace. Can lah..long time no bike leow, glad to be back on the saddle.

Have breakfast at prata shop along thomson road. Total 80km in 3:43hr. Okay lah. Slow and steady. :)
