Tired? Sleepy?
For unknown reason i felt tired this morning.
Tried to go for trail cycle in the morning, find it tough even at the beginning, so decide to go back to manual mode. A bit struggling so lower the resistance to recovery mood. Wow, took me a while to get the legs back. Strange indeed.
Maybe not enough sleep yesterday. I was playing on the net and suddenly realize it is after midnight! Wow, like touch here and there and suddenly so late!
Sleepy mode.
Head back to the gym. 1 hr on the bike. Feel much better. Continue with an hour of weights. Take it easy. Wonder when is the last time when i feel my hands and legs trembling after a gym session. Kind of miss those feeling. :)
