Step onto the treadmill for a quick warm up. I think overdo it a bit...although it is only 5mins. HR went up again. Sian x ?

Have to cut short the weights session. Lost mood to do anything, since not feeling that good. Sian...

What a waste. Sigh...

Still pounding.....

hey,

i think you might be having a burn out.

better keep it easy for the next few work out (IE; try different work out), slack a bit, and eat more, keep the spirit up and spend more time with your SH.

Agree! Take it easy for a few days... Rest, eat, sleep and do other stuff and come back to workouts feeling fresh again yah!
