Re-cover-ly

Decide to get some workout on weights this morning despite body still ache from sunday game. I do not know why it took so long to recover.

At least after the weights, i felt so much better. Maybe the trick is to do some weights when the body is ache? I used to have weights regularly in the past even 1 to 2 days after a major event. Therefore didn't realised the important of recovery associate with weights.

Thing to take note in the future. I still think i need a massage...:)
