Monday Workouts
After a slack weekend, welcome back the weekdays!
Head to the gym in the morning and did some weights to start thing first.
It was a good 50mins session. I enjoy the session.
Evening head to the gym again. 25mins of warm up on the bike and proceed for a SPIN.
The usual instructor wasn't there, so the replacement is a good change. I enjoy his session and put in more effort. Cool.
After the session, realise that the HR went up. No wonder abit chuan during the class! Damn it!
