consistence slow swim
After swim this morning. Time to put up some laps and drink some chlorine water! No choice...have to take over someone for an event..hopefully i won't drown...keke.
Feel much better this morning. Breathing, legs, everything. When i stop at 1.5km, i feel so much more left in mind. Just don't want to go any further as i need to rush for work.
43mins. Even slower than Tuesday...maybe i overswam the laps...
Anyway, a consistence slow swim is good. At least i know where is the base...and i couldn't get worst than this...:)
It can only get better....*dot.dot.dot*.
