half run
I oversleep for an evening run! I took a nap and somehow the alarm didn't go off. :)
I was late and i started the run on my own from F2 to B1 (ECP). On a friday evening, as expected ECP has quite a number of activities everywhere.
It was slightly difficult to start the engine until i reach the toilet at the seafood restaurant. I have 2 Ang Moh ladies running a few steps in front being my pacer. The pace is suitable, though i expect them to be faster! It stabilise my pace.
As i head towards MacDonald, i saw the rest of the gang running the opposite direction. My left calves start to sng and it is getting worse as i reached B1 toilet.
I decide to take it easy and walk back if necessary. I don't want to aggravate the injury. I started the walk. It was slow to say the least, as time goes on, i get bored and do some run. As long as the injury don't sng i just slowly run along.
It was a walk and run back. Total time taken is 1:45min for 12km. I don't think i aggravate the injury. I hope i didn't.
Waited for the rest to come back and head for Yong He Tao Hua.
