another mid week crisis?
Expected some aching from yesterday evening run. Trying to find excuse to slack today. Need more rest mah.
Alas, nothing! Damn it. I think the ache will come in later this afternoon or evening. No choice but to head into the gym for a 50mins biking.
It was a good cycle as i manage to push up the resistance and feeling within control. Of course still have some way to get the feel of "yesterdays".
Almost DNS again just as i am about to put my big fat a** on the saddle. HR went up again! Sigh. Lucky only for less than 1 min and back to normal!
After yesterday evening episode, is it a sign for me to hang up sports totally?
