A second life?

From a 3:13 qualifier for Boston to a 11:18 an IM finisher, Matt Long finished NYC Marathon in 7:21:22.

I was reading the Mag on Matt Long - A Second Life. How he overcame his injure while on the stationary bike this morning.

It was "entertaining" of course to read this kind of stories. When the "high" came down. It was bad to earth. Life still goes on. Is there something i should draw from?

Feel like doing another 42km? Nah...i think it is not worth the effort, even though i know i could most probably still finished the distance.

It was a good bike, fueled by the story. A cool 50mins session.
