zombie friday
I was a zombie when i woke up. It was bad. Feel like continue to sleep and forget about workout this morning. It was like forget it, i need the sleep. On actual fact, i doubt that hour of sleep will do me much different, except maybe mentality feel good.
I step into the gym on time and start my workout. Ah hour on the weights, plus 45mins on the cross trainer, does feel good.
I was pretty refreshed when i reach the office. Cool.
Weekend lomming, another good workout schedule. Should be fun.
