Friday is a good time for workout! A prelude to the weekend ahead!
Let see, i put in 100 mins on the weights this morning + 20 mins on the rowing machine. Yup...it is nice to be back at rowing...pull, release, leg extension and the sequence continue again.
It wasn't that tough on the rowing machine. After the session, hmm...can feel the stress on the adnominal side. I hope the stress i experience on the calfs will not come to haunt me for the next couple of days.
100 mins of workout on the weights, i think gonna ache a bit. Can feel the sng now even typing the entry. Keke...
This weekend is IM Austria and IM Germany. Strange that such close countries decide to held it on the same day! I have kaki on both side of the countries...it should be interesting. A fast course..maybe a sub 8 hr for the winner.....
