weekend looming
The best day of the week should be the day before weekend. It seems like a long weekend ahead. Not in terms of having a longer break, but activities wise, seems to be packed. I don't like to work on the weekend. But what choice do i have?
The thing about Friday is that i can afford to spent longer time in the gym. 60 mins on weights and 30 mins on the rowing machine. Wow...the rowing machine shiok....can feel the ache in the calfs while rowing.....thought rowing should able to gain more distance than running, but i was wrong. This morning....for 30mins i moved 5.8km. Hmm.....slack? Not really leh, i did put in decent effort. Maybe i am slow. But a good overall workout this morning to prepare for the weekend ahead.
Look forward to the Pengarang trip tomorrow...:)
