M Blue ?

A freak rain wash up the bike yesterday. Sigh. I think it is good as well, as the little one is not feeling particular well after yesterday injection. Couldn't bear to left him alone with mummy to deal with.

A rest day on Sunday. A rare occasion. Calves not much ache leow, despite Saturday aching for few km runs... phew!

This morning, head to the gym and enjoy a 50mins ride. A good ride while reading the mag.

Sometime when i read the stories of other, sort of find the matter related to oneself. It is tough to run away from problem. Everyone has a demon to fight. Running away is one way. If can buried it somewhere never to be surface again would be nice. Unfortunately it will come back to remind you from time to time. Life still move forwards on whatever way we choose.

It is time to go and do it.
