Hit the gym as per norm this morning. No ache from yesterday workout, since didn't do much, except for the 2 sets of stairs climb. Actually no strain on anything, just the heart not use to the climb. Guess i have to go back for more climbs in the future to get fitness back.
Since going to have 2 gym sessions today. Decide to get to the bike first. 50mins of manual cycling, follow by another 30mins of hills climb.
It was a wet session. The first 50mins was enough for the day i feel. Another 30 mins of manual climbing to follow...hmmm. Every 5 mins push up the Resistance and Step in Up for a minute. Phew! Have to go through 5 sets of it. Almost dread doing the last set. Nevermind, just another workout to push myself abit(i keep telling myself). There is no gain without going out of the comfort zone. So just Do it.
A good bike session this morning, should plan for similar bike workout in the future.
Head to the gym with colleagues during noon period. Today seems to be alot of people at the gym. Fortunately we go to gym earlier. Anyway most of them are on the cardio equipment, so didn't affect mself.
A good 45mins spent. Phew! A good workout to give the muscles a good stretch. Should do this often.
